We carefully harvest organic young cacao leaves then hand cure with a traditional process for a beautiful crumble and mellowness. After curing we rest our ‘cabacco’ with jaspers and jades for energetic exchange. Lastly we blend them with cured hibiscus petals.

Young cacao leaves contain up to four times more theobromine than cacao beans: smoking the leaves relaxes muscles while heightening mood and clearing the mind. We like to use cabacco when we have a full day of chocolate making ahead.
